The structure of the drier is simple,but the drying process are non-linear, changing with the time and multi-variable. Due to the impact of the uncertainty factor, it is hard to establish the precision of the mathematic model. Though the theory can recognize the controlled object which short of them a thematic model, it is hard to useful control effect because of the complication and the disadvantage in the real- time control. The present design will make controls theory most newly to be applied to the dry control system, the fuzzy controller which takes Micro Control Unit as the core will make the fuzzy logic language control strategy to a effective automatic control strategy. Realizes on the digital Micro Control Unit with the fuzzy control algorithm establishment software procedure to dries the process of fuzzy control.
